Young scientists, academic and teaching staff, researchers, representatives of state authorities and local self-governments, other enterprises and organizations, civil society representatives whose activities are related to the issues raised at the conference, as well as higher education students are invited to participate in the conference.

1. Land Governance and Land Management
Land and agricultural policy; legal and organisational foundations of land management; land management in territorial communities; land governance under martial law and in post-war recovery.
 
2. Land Administration, Land Valuation and Land Markets
Development of the land cadastre; methodology and practice of land valuation; methods and instruments of land capitalisation; functioning and prospects of the land market.
 
3. Geospatial Technologies, Remote Sensing and Land Monitoring
GIS and Earth observation in land management and land administration; land monitoring; soil quality assessment; digital and innovative approaches to spatial data collection, processing and analysis.
 
4. Sustainable Land Use, Land Protection and Land Reclamation
Ecological and economic mechanism of sustainable land use; land resource protection; land reclamation and related measures; conservation and restoration of degraded land and soils.
 
5. Spatial Development, Smart Cities and Rural Development
Spatial planning and urban development prospects in the context of smart cities; economics of agriculture and food systems; strategies and instruments of rural development.
 
Innovation is a cross-cutting principle of all conference themes. Contributions proposing new methods, technologies and institutional solutions within each thematic area are welcome.
 
The conference will be held in a hybrid format on November 27, 2026, at 11:00 Kyiv time, in Meeting Room 207 (2nd floor),
37 Vasylkivska St., Kyiv.
