Deputy Director of the Land Management Institute of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences Andrii Tarnopolskyi and the head of the department of the Institute, Doctor of Economics, Senior Researcher Oksana Sakal, held a meeting with representatives of the Perechyn City Territorial Community in the Uzhhorod district of the Zakarpattia region within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation. The meeting took place in a positive and friendly atmosphere, fostering open discussion and deepening cooperation.
 
During the meeting, they discussed, among other things, the target program for the use and protection of land in the Perechyn City Territorial Community for 2024–2026. All participants emphasized the importance of defining the community’s jurisdiction, increasing revenue from land fees to the local budget, environmental protection, and creating safe living conditions in the community. They also discussed the need for the harmonious development of the community through land management measures.
 
Additionally, the representatives of the Perechyn City Territorial Community received answers to questions related to land legal aspects arising during the implementation of community responsibilities from the experts of the Institute.
It is noted that the issues raised during the meeting are also significant for the Land Management Institute of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences in the context of future scientific research.
