On May 20–21, 2026, the Land Management Institute, as part of the stand of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, is participating in the Agro Challenge 2026 Field Day exhibition to conduct an InfoDay within the promotion of the LandShift project in Kyiv Oblast.
The exhibition is taking place in Olenivka village, Fastiv district, Kyiv region. The LandShift project (https://landshift.eu/) – “Community-Led Creation of Living Spaces in Shifting Landscapes for Climate-Resilient Land Use Management and Supporting the New European Bauhaus” – aims to transform land-use practices to enhance climate resilience and support the sustainable development of communities. The project is funded under the European Union’s research and innovation programme Horizon Europe in accordance with Grant Agreement No. 101182007.

The technical support for the participation of the LandShift project in the exhibition, as well as the participation itself, is being carried out by Andriy Dorosh and Roman Kharytonenko. In particular, they ensured the transportation of equipment and materials necessary for the exhibition and installed the exhibition stand for demonstrating the project materials, including the Nature-based Solutions (NbS) Library developed within the project.

Over the course of the two days, representatives of the LandShift project are communicating with numerous exhibition visitors from different regions of Ukraine, as well as with international participants, disseminating information about the project and distributing informational leaflets to visitors.

The Land Management Institute expresses its gratitude to the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for organising the stand and financing the participation of the academy’s institutes in the exhibition, as well as to the organisers of the Agro Challenge 2026 Field Day exhibition for the opportunity to successfully conduct the InfoDay aimed at promoting the LandShift project. We look forward to future opportunities to hold additional InfoDay events.
