On May 15-16, the II Ukrainian Construction Congress, organized as part of the Supermarket of Solutions for Communities, took place in Kyiv at the Parkovy Exhibition and Convention Center.
The event was opened by Pavlo Kozyrev, Chairman of the Association of Small Cities of Ukraine. Among the guests of honor at the opening of the event was the Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine – Lyudmyla Shemelynets.
 

 
The Land Management Institute of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, headed by Director Yosyp Dorosh and Deputy Director Andrii Tarnopolskyi, presented a report and a presentation on “Mechanisms and Tools for Community Resource Management” in the Spatial Planning section.
 

 
One of the key areas of the community resource management mechanism was noted to be the local regulatory framework, which is the basis for the successful settlement of land and property issues and community management investments.
