On May 26, 2026, the National Scientific Center “Institute of Agrarian Economics” hosted the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “The Development of Land Relations in the Scientific Legacy of NAAS Corresponding Member Mykola Fedorov (Marking the 90th Anniversary of His Birth)” in a hybrid format.
 
Representing the Land Management Institute of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, Acting Director and NAAS Academician Yosyp Dorosh delivered a paper titled “M. M. Fedorov’s Contributions to the Economic Dimension of Land Management.”
 
Conference participants examined Mykola Fedorov’s role in shaping land relations policy and providing a scientific foundation for land reform, developing methodologies for the valuation of agricultural land, building the institutional framework of the agro-industrial complex, and addressing issues of social protection for rural communities and the advancement of farming.
 
The conference proceedings and recommendations will be used to help shape state policy on land relations in Ukraine.
