As part of the goals set out in the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Land Management Institute of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine and the Hleiuvatska rural territorial community of the Kryvorizskyi rayon in the Dnipropetrovska oblast, a meeting was held between the Institute’s management and community representatives. The event was characterized by a positive and friendly atmosphere, which created favorable conditions for professional dialogue and further successful cooperation. During the meeting, issues related to the management of the community’s land resources within the framework of local self-government powers were discussed. The importance of issues related to the formation of the community’s legal boundaries and normative monetary valuation of its land plots was emphasized. Answers were provided to questions related to land-related legal relations that arise during the implementation of the community’s powers. The discussed issues are important for further scientific research.
