

The meeting of the Coordination and Methodological Council was attended by a representative of the Department of Agrarian Economics and Food of the NAAS of Ukraine — Head of the Department, Ph.D. in Economics, Senior Research Fellow Alla Voitiuk.
A scientific report was presented by Senior Research Fellow, Ph.D. in Economics, Andrii Dorosh, on the topic “Land Valuation as a Tool for Land Resource Management in Territorial Communities.”
The speaker addressed the following key issues:
– the problem of qualitative land evaluation (soil bonitation);
– regulatory monetary valuation of land plots as a management tool;
– current challenges and issues related to the regulatory monetary valuation of land plots.


Following the scientific discussion and approval of the report, the Coordination and Methodological Council reviewed the results of the implementation of R&D Program No. 38 “Land Management and Cadastre” for the second half of 2025.
Within the framework of the research, the Council considered key areas including the theoretical and methodological support for the development of land management in Ukraine, improvement of the land cadastre system, land use planning and land management of rural areas, as well as the establishment of the National Spatial Data Infrastructure and the implementation of automated systems in land management.


The meeting also approved the updated membership of the Coordination and Methodological Council of the Land Management Institute of the NAAS of Ukraine.
The Academic Secretary of the Institute, Ph.D. in Economics Roman Kharytonenko, presented the CMC work plan for the first half of 2026 and reported on the participation of the Institute’s young scientists in national research competitions during 2025.

During the meeting, Head of the Department of Agrarian Economics and Food of the NAAS of Ukraine, Ph.D. in Economics, Senior Research Fellow Alla Voitiuk, together with Deputy Director for Research Shamil Ibatullin, presented awards of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine to the researchers of the Land Management Institute.
The Honorary Award of the NAAS was presented to Oksana Sakal, Head of the Department of Experimental Land Use Design “Innovation Center.”
For her fruitful scientific and organizational work, significant contribution to the development of land use economics, and on the occasion of the Day of Agricultural Workers, the NAAS Appreciation Award was presented to Andriy Dorosh, Ph.D. in Economics, Senior Research Fellow of the same department.


At the conclusion of the meeting, Chair of the Coordination and Methodological Council, Academician of NAAS, Doctor of Economics, Professor Yosyp Dorosh emphasized the need to accelerate the submission of scientific articles for the publication and approval of research results in 2025, to ensure the implementation of scientific and technical developments, and to finalize R&D reports under Program No. 38 “Land Management and Cadastre” (“Land Management”).
During his address, Yosyp Dorosh highlighted the Institute’s key priorities — improving educational activities, strengthening international cooperation, and expanding participation in the Horizon Europe program.
