The Presidium of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine on the Conception of the Establishment of an Automated Management System for Land and Property Complex within the framework of the definition of ways and mechanisms of reforming the NAAS.

The President of the National Academy of Sciences Yaroslav Hazzalo mentioned that the problem of preserving and controlling the rational use of land resources and property of institutions, organizations and enterprises that are part of the NAAS network is extremely acute. At the same time, this problem must be solved simultaneously in several areas: scientific, methodological and practical.

In order to improve the management of scientific support of food and ecological safety of the country and increase the efficiency of management of the land and property complex of the Academy, the Presidium of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, the Presidium, decided on the necessity of developing the structure of the Concept for the creation of an automated system of management of the land and property complex of NAAS, which would be at the expense of the creation of information provision and construction on the basis of the analytical system contributed to the adoption of sound management solution-reducing excessive costs and risks of adverse effects.
