Researchers of the Land Management Institute of National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine held a lecture series for representatives of territorial communities on the “Community Solutions Supermarket” platform by the Ukrainian public organization “Association of Small Cities of Ukraine” on the following topics:
 
– the territorial community boundary as a prerequisite for determining the competence of the territorial community regarding land and communal property management, land fees;
 
– changes in land legislation during the period of the legal regime of martial law regarding land management in territorial communities;
 
– management of communal property land: general principles, powers, and their implementation;
 
– organizing the monetary valuation of community lands: composition, content, methodology, procurement of services from normative monetary evaluation;
 
– problematic issues arising during the development of technical documentation for normative monetary valuation of community land plots;
 
– questions related to land use change. Community powers, procedures, and specifics;
 
– the possibility of regulating local features of community management (community resources) [(procedure for land allocation and provision, land fees, determination of lease rates and taxes, recording landowners, land users, pasture use, hay use, etc.)] by developing and adopting typical provisions on these matters;
 
– management of water fund lands, lands within coastal protection zones, and underwater objects;
 
– management of lands occupied by greenery, including tree felling regulations;
 
– community powers regarding land protection and use within and outside of populated areas, including land use restrictions;
 
– land management support when developing comprehensive territorial development plans for territorial communities;
 
– land resource management of territorial communities in the context of European integration/European Green Deal.
