
On July 6, 2023, a meeting of the Coordination and Methodological Council took place at the Land Management Institute of National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine (NAAS). The agenda of the Coordination and Methodological Council included:
-Presentation of a scientific report.
-Review of reports on the implementation of tasks related to Land Management under the National Development Research Program 38.
-Approval of the changes in the Coordination and Methodological Council of the Land Management Institute NAAS.
-Work plan of the Coordination and Methodological Council of the Land Management Institute NAAS, for the second half of 2023.
The scientific report was presented by Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Mykola Malashevskyi on “Scientific Principles of Land Consolidation in the Process of Land Relations Reform.” The speaker elaborated on the following topics:
-Key approaches to land consolidation.
-Optimization model for redistributing land plots.
-Iterative process of determining the equivalent land area.
-Methodological approaches to land redistribution in the context of land consolidation.
-Modeling land exchange during land consolidation.
The Coordination and Methodological Council has reviewed the scientific results obtained during the first half of 2023 in the implementation of tasks under the National Development Research Program 38 “Land Management and Cadastre” (“Land Consolidation”). Among the topics discussed, the following themes have drawn special interest among the participants:
-“Theoretical and Methodological Foundations for the Creation and Implementation of National Geospatial Data Infrastructure” and “Development of Theoretical and Methodological Foundations for Improving the Land Cadastre System in Ukraine” presented by Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Mykola Malashevskyi.
-“Institutional Foundations for Land Management Development in the Process of Economic Modernization” presented by Doctor of Economic Sciences, Senior Researcher Oksana Sakal.
-“Scientific Foundations for Classification of Land Plot Purpose and Land Use Types,” “Scientific Foundations for Classification of Regime-Forming Objects and Restrictions on Land Use in the State Land Cadastre,” and “Research on Establishing and Changing Boundaries of Rural Communities and Rural Settlements” presented by Candidate of Economic Sciences Roman Kharytonenko.
-“Theoretical and Methodological Foundations for Improving the Land Management System of United Territorial Communities,” “Substantiate the Institutional Foundations for Planning the Sustainable Use and Protection of Agricultural Land,” “Theoretical and Methodological Foundations for Improving the Land Management System of Agricultural Enterprises” presented by PhD in Economics, Andriy Dorosh.
-“Develop Scientific and Methodological Foundations for Strategic Environmental Assessment in Land Management,” “Scientific Foundations for the Transformation of Degraded and Low-Productivity Agricultural Lands in Private Ownership” presented by Candidate of Economic Sciences,Roman Derkulskyi.
Furthermore, during the meeting, the new Coordination and Methodological Council of the Land Management Institute NAAS was agreed upon and approved. At the end of the event, the scientific secretary of the Land Management Institute NAAS, Roman Kharytonenko, presented a work plan for the Coordination and Methodological Council for the second half of 2023.
