Staff of the Land Management Institute of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine Honored with Commendation Letters from the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine on Land Surveyor’s Day
On March 12, 2026, the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine held a formal ceremony honoring professionals in the field of land management and land cadastre on the occasion of Land Surveyor’s Day. Commendation letters were presented by Deputy Minister Denys Bashlyk and the Head of the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre, Dmytro Makarenko.
Those recognized included representatives of the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre, the State Enterprise “Center of the State Land Cadastre,” and other government agencies and research institutions working in the field.
Among the honorees were researchers from the Land Management Institute of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine: Andrii Dorosh, Denys Melnyk, and Roman Kharуtonenko. Each received a commendation letter from the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, signed by Minister Oleksii Sobolev.
The commendation letters highlight the daily responsibility these professionals bear for one of the country’s most vital resources — Ukrainian land. They also recognize the vital role of land surveyors in strengthening public trust in the land management system and advancing modern approaches to cadastre as Ukraine rebuilds.
We warmly congratulate our honored colleagues on this well-deserved recognition and wish them continued professional success in advancing Ukrainian science and the land management sector!
