On July 10, 2025, a regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Scientific Council of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine on issues of the agro-industrial complex was held. The key topic of discussion was “Development of the Agricultural Sector and Rural Areas under Martial Law and Post-War Recovery in Ukraine.”
The event brought together leading scholars of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and took place at the Grand Conference Hall of the NAS of Ukraine in Kyiv.
The keynote presentations were delivered by Academician Yurii Lupenko (National Scientific Center “Institute of Agrarian Economics”) and Academician Olena Borodina (State Institution “Institute for Economics and Forecasting of the NAS of Ukraine”).
 

 
The Land Management Institute of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine was represented at the meeting by the Institute’s Director, Academician of the NAAS, Yosyp Dorosh. During the discussion of the presented report, he voiced the Institute’s position and emphasized the crucial role of land management and cadastre in the recovery and protection of agricultural lands affected by military actions.
