On May 18, 2023, the employees of the Land Management Institute of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine participated in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Balanced Nature Management: Traditions, Perspectives, and Innovations” organized by the Institute of Agroecology and Environmental Management of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences.
 

During the international conference, scientific ideas and practical research were presented, focusing on the impact of military actions on land management, the prospects of forming a balanced system of nature management and environmental conservation.
 

Young researchers from the Land Management Institute of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine held speeches and presentations, covering the following topics:
Yuliia Riabova – “Establishing the Boundaries of Administrative-Territorial Units and the Territories of Territorial Communities”;
Alina Kabuzan – “Retrospective Analysis of Government Methodological Recommendations Related to the Assessment of the Impact of Military Actions on Land Productivity”;
Mariia Bratinova – “Methods of Data Collection for the Assessment of Agricultural Land in the EU”.
 

During the conference, participants engaged in discussions on issues related to the consequences of military actions on land management, soil quality assessment, overall food security, and explored possible solutions to these issues.
