Your role as an UN expert, consultant to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and participant in international programs exemplifies outstanding professionalism and dedication.
 
Your invaluable experience and profound knowledge, which you so generously share, inspire numerous generations of professionals and scientists. The awards you have received, including the titles of “Honored Land Surveyor of Ukraine” and “For Merits in Geodesy and Cartography,” are a testament to the recognition of your achievements at the highest level.
